My last day of Enterprise Week (booo) was spent at Wolverhampon Molineux Stadium where I facilitated a group of students for the Wolverhampton EBP Business Challenge. The aim was to come up with a business idea that could potentially be franchised in the future. Out of the 9 schools that attended the group that won was, of course… the one facilitated by a Make Your Marker!

Well done Girls High for coming up with the winning idea of creating an under 18 nightclub. I think some of the teachers were a little bemused by the idea but the judges could see a valid gap in the market and were very impressed with the top class business plan, finance sheet, marketing strategies and presentation. They all received medals and certificates and will go through to the Black Country final later in the month.

I had a great day and it was fantastic way to end Enterprise Week on a highhhh…!
