The Best New Business Awards 2008 aims to recognise successful business start-ups across the Tees Valley.
The awards are sponsored by Business Link in association with financial advisors, Colin Brown LighthouseXpress Ltd and Tees Valley Partnership.
There are prizes of £500 and £1000.

Past winners have included manufacturing company Propipe in Hartlepool and Make Your Mark Ambassador Kate Fearnley in Middlesbrough.
The Best New Business Awards 2008 will culminate in a prestigious dinner for all nominated businesses and will be attended by the sponsors as well as key organisations supporting the Tees Valley business community. The event will be held at the Riverside Stadium, Middlesbrough on 10 February 2009.
Deadline for entries is October 27th 2008.
